Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to download the service manual for my laptop. Using the HP Support Assistant it sends the browser to "https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-15-ba000-notebook-pc-series-%28touch%29/10862319/model/12344..." but this fails with a "403 Forbidden" message.

 

Does anyone know where to get the Service manual for the 15-ba010ca?
