Product: OMEN by HP 15-dc1516na

I am trying to find the service manual for my Omen laptop and everytime im viewing the page via my service tag all the options I remember that was available before have been removed, all im given is the specs of my laptop and nothing else.

 

I cant even find the service manual for this laptop anymore, I googled the model number and a service manual link came up, after clicking this it fails to load the pdf. Has this been removed, if so why as its not even an old laptop.

I believe that HP is having issues with the support site because manuals are missing from many notebook models.

 

Doing a search of posts on the forum I was able to find a link to the service manual for your notebook's model series:

You're very welcome.

 

It appears that all of the manuals are showing up once again on your notebook's support page, but it takes a few seconds to load.

 

HP recently changed the way the support pages are displayed, so perhaps they have to work some bugs out still.
