Hello.
As of this month my built-in keyboard has been experiencing severe delay and lag, where most of my inputs are only detected after around half a second from when I used it. This will also cause the inputs to be drawn out and held for a few seconds. I've tried several things to fix this and nothing has worked.
Here are some fixes I have tried:
- Factory resetting my laptop. Worked for less than a day before starting again.
- Updating Windows.
- Reinstalling / Updating keyboard drivers.
- Restarting my laptop.
- Turning off filter keys.
- Changing repeat rate.
- Running commands in the command prompt as admin. (Such as "sfc /scannow" and "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth"
- Scanning my system for viruses. (No results).
- Running the keyboard troubleshooter. (No results).
- Changing battery modes.
At this point I have done everything I can think of and nothing has worked, following other tutorials hasn't led to any success. This issue has gotten really upsetting for me as I don't want to lose a lot of my laptop's functionality.
Please let me know if there are any other fixes I can try.

I found some solutions, you try to see if it works. Solution: 1. Try to change an input method to see if the problem can be solved; 2. Create a new Win10 account to test whether the freezing problem is solved; xitonghe.com 3. Use a clean boot to check whether there is interference from third-party software: The steps for clean boot are as follows: 1) Press "Win+R" to open the "Run" window, enter the msconfig command and press Enter to pop up the system configuration dialog box. 2) Switch to the "General" tab, click "Selective startup", and then click to clear the tick on "Load startup items". 3) Switch to the "Services" tab, click "Hide all Microsoft" services, and then click Disable all. 4) Switch to the "Startup" tab, click "Open Task Manager", click the startup item, and then click Disable. 5) After clicking OK to save, restart the system.

Hello!
Thank you for trying to help, I really appreciate it! Unfortunately, none of the fixes you gave me yielded any success. The last solution did not give any results for something that may be interfering with my keyboard, and creating a new Win10 account still caused the problem. Changing the input method did not fix the issue either.
Is there anything else I can try?

A quick update,
I am becoming rather concerned now as the issue has begun to become even worse. It now takes even longer for inputs to be detected, sometimes taking more than 1 second to actually detect. I've done everything I can and it's just simply not enough. I know that the issue is not a problem with the keyboard itself as it's happening to every single key and it's not ALWAYS happening.
I'm not sure what to do.
