Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Both shift keys stopped working from my laptop after I upgraded my HDD to a SSD.

first they stopped working intermittently, then they would work again every now and then... mostly when I uninstall the drivers then restart the machine.

now they stopped working for a while now, and still works sometimes, but the error still persists even in UEFI Diagnostics.

tried updating drivers, sticky keys, unplugging the ribbon cable, cleaning it then re plugging it again, to no avail.

3rd party keyboard works fine though.

I'm so frustrated and I don't know the cause behind this sudden malfunction.

please help.

thanks in advance.

Is there a problem with the keyboard driver? Or the system has a problem, otherwise the keyboard hardware has a problem and needs to be replaced.
