Hi Good day,
I have a problem in my laptop and it's bothering me when doing urgent typing data.
I can't use my shift keys to some letters for Capital letter. But when using the CAPS LOCK it's good, all letter can do Capital.
The problem happened after the auto windows update was done. I'm using "HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Tools and Components Tests,
the keyboard test was PASSED.
Here are the keys normally functioned to the two shift keys;
Left Shift Key;
QWERTYUIOP{}|
GH
BN
Right Shift Key;
TY{}|
GH
ZXCVBNM<>?
Letters not included from above are not working with the shift keys.
I can't even make CAPITAL letter like w, q, and etc. when using right shift.
Hope you can help me.
Thank you
