Yesterday i bought the laptop brand new from a store.
I have noticed that when I type Shift and 2,instead of @, I get " and vice-versa.
Anyone knows how I can fix this?Tried to change keyboard language from English to Greek, since I guess all my keyboards were this way so far,but it didn't change anything.
Notice that I can type number 2 and ' like normal.

It sounds like you have the wrong keyboard layout set - ie Uk keyboard layout for a US keyboard.
If you have more than one keyboard layout set in Windows 10, you can toggle between them by holding down the Ctrl Key and pressing the Shift key
Alternatively, you can change the layout for your keyboard as described on the relevant link below.
