Prior to going out of country for an unexpected period of time....I dealt with the escalation team regarding an issue with the hinge hardware on my laptop. I ended up paying for a shipping box (the cost was for the repairs to be done) such that I could send HP my laptop for repairs. I didn't pack the laptop prior to leaving out of country and now that I am back I would like to send my laptop for repairs since I prepaid the repair cost. However my case mangers contact information seems to have changed. There's no solution on how the contact the escalation team and I do not want to send my Laptop without having a contact person. Does anyone have a solution on how I can resolve this issue and get the repairs done that I already paid for.

Thank you for responding. The issue that I am having is that it says my service agreement has expired and there's no other option to contact someone directly. Previously I was able to speak with a case manager directly to get past the expired situation. My ticket was originally escalated. Is there a way to contact the escalation department?
