Is it possible to improve my 9 hour battery life? Something like a new battery or an external battery maybe?

A nine hour usage time for a 15" laptop is outstanding!

I suppose you could set the Power option to economy to get a bit more time at the expense of performance.

It’s claimed at 9 hours, but my laptop runs out in 6 hours just by using Google while similar laptop sizes last around 18 hours. My friend’s similar laptop is charged only twice every week. I tried using the settings provided on the Windows software but it hasn’t changed anything, so now I’m looking for a physical solution.

You are getting the longest laptop battery time for a 15" laptop that I have ever heard of.

I do get about nine hours for my Spectre x360 13t-ap069  but it is a 13: laptop.  I used it frequently on flights from Europe to the USA and back.
