So the computer started normally yesterday,  but today it shows this page:It is the hard disk error messageIt is the hard disk error message

And I have done all the tests and the only error message is this,  so what can I do about it?

This looks like a possible hard drive failure. 

 

You will need to get the hard drive replaced, If you're comfortable in replacing the part yourself, use the HP Partsurfer to identify the part: Click here & order it via the HP Parts store (Click here) or else you can try contacting our HP Support.

Hello there,  thanks a lot for answering my question, I would like to ask about the cause of the problem even though my device is new.  Would it be possible to keep the files downloaded in the last hard disk or transfer it to the new one? Anything that I can do to backup my data?
