So the computer started normally yesterday, but today it shows this page:It is the hard disk error message
After doing the quick hard drive check
And I have done all the tests and the only error message is this, so what can I do about it?

Thank you for posting your query on HP Community,
This looks like a possible hard drive failure.
You will need to get the hard drive replaced, If you're comfortable in replacing the part yourself, use the HP Partsurfer to identify the part: Click here & order it via the HP Parts store (Click here) or else you can try contacting our HP Support.
HP support team can be reached on this link.
Let me know if you need any further assistance!
That said, If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Have a great day!

Hello there, thanks a lot for answering my question, I would like to ask about the cause of the problem even though my device is new. Would it be possible to keep the files downloaded in the last hard disk or transfer it to the new one? Anything that I can do to backup my data?
