The process of "short-circuiting" the BIOS on a motherboard is a hardware function -- it can't be done with key combinations or in software.
I'm really sorry that we can not help you with this, but Community policy prohibits us from assisting you in any way with bypassing or resetting passwords.
For BIOS or power-on password resets, read this HP thread: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06368824.
If you are not prepared to spend the money to get HP to replace the motherboard for BIOS password resets, you could take the PC to a local repair facility to see if they can do it for you -- but we are unable to assist in that.

I installed a hard disk with gpt , uefi , nothing, so . just

New PCs come configured with UEFI, not BIOS -- so if you force a mode change from one to the other, then Windows will no longer boot -- no matter what you do regarding formatting of the drive.
When you install Windows on a new drive, you must ensure the media you use supports the mode of the drive.
You have to go into the BIOS settings to change them back to UEFI -- I don't have the details for doing this.
Are you asking can you use one model laptop to change the BIOS in another? The answer is no.

My main problem is exactly the bios configuration, that i modified from legacy to uefi no csm, so the drive os can be modified with some comand : diskpart etc.... it's possible also to create a hard disk in uefi configuration with GPT format that is the format for uefi.
Anyway thank you , with a short circuit I can return to legacy mode, and get back my notebook, so I don't need to unsoldered the bios .
