Hi,

 

Try downloading and reinstalling the Hotkey driver on the link below.

 

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=32...

 

After the installation has completed, restart the notebook.

Try reinstalling your graphics driver.

I reinstall graphic driver but its same situation !!! 

 

I installed 2 drivers by HP (1 was for face recongnition and other i do'nt remember). After installing them, that keys stoped working ..... !!!

 

Now what is your suggestion ???

May be useful for someone.
control panel > administrative tools > services
Find "hpHotkeyMonitor", set "start automatically" and start this service (HotKey driver must be installed, ofcourse).
