Hello
Please help me out, my pavilion G6 notebook won't stay on for more than 5 minutes. It's keeps shutting down without any warning. And after shutting down sometimes it will power up and sometimes it won't. It goes off whether the power supply is connected or not and the batter is usually 40% or more.
What could be the problem?

@Mapaloo, Sure you can try checking with another adapter.
If you still have issues after trying with a different adapter, it is a hardware issue with your PC.
Please follow the steps suggested from my previous post for service options.
