Hi, I'm using HP ProBook 440 G9 and it has a Sim card slot at the right side of my notebook. The question is why I can't open the Sim card slot after I push it and I really can't pull it either.  Help. how can i do it?

HP ProBook 440 G9 is a series of many different models/products. Nearly all of them don't have option WWAN card. Without WWAN option the SIM card is useless and Models without WWAN have a permanent (plastic) insert installed. That why you can NOT put your SIM card in.

Regards.
