Once again I am completely let down by HP product quality. After my first spectre X360 utterly failed (Display and motherboard) after a little over a year it was replaced by the company by a brand new model. Great! I thought HP stepped up and took responsibility for faulty hardware and was elated. Soon after the problems started to rear their ugly head once again, flickering screen, unresponsive touch, and completely unusable for writing with a stylus, which is the very reason I bought one in the first place. I had to go buy a surface go just so I could take notes while finishing up college. Now for the past 4 months the fan in the laptop sounds like a wolverine is trying to claw its way out! I've updated everything and tried all the things recommended, but HP knows very well this is faulty hardware or design. I'm now left once again out of warranty and have to pay to have new fans put in because apparently the fans that come with this thing only last about a year. I will not be buying another HP product, again.
