Need Skizze Pen driver, is only one in device manager that has the yellow triangle sign!!

Welcome to the HP Community --

 

The pen is not an HP device -- there would not be any HP drivers for it in your computer's website support pages.

 

"Need" / want the driver is the opposite problem that is reported here:

Microsoft Community - skizze pen appear on device manager  

 

Apparently the device, at least in one case, is fairly invasive and hard to remove.

That said, the answer you seek might be here:
