have two SSDs one is NVME Samsung 970 evo and the other one is samsun 860 evo. the NVME is so slow with speed about 500mbs while the SATA is about 2500mbs. when I ran HWINFO64 I can see both under pci bus, NVME ons pci x4 with maximum link x4 current x1, maximum bandwidth 8Gbs,  current 2.5Gbs, while the SATA is x16 with maximum link x4 current x4, maximum bandwidth 8Gbs,  current 8Gbs. tried different drivers on pci one is from AMD and use windows default all of them can some time change the speed to 1000mbs. please can you expalin why is that and I solve it?

Please I need Help here, Samsung magician report PCIe 1 x 4 and the NVME so slow. that happen after bios upgrade from f.20 to f.31
