HP 14-g006la have a DDR3l 4G 1600Mhz memory by default.
It should be a fast laptop, but all its life it worked very slowly.
Yesterday I ran a few tests and discovered strange memory behavior. As I can see, this works at a frequency of 800Mhz. And there is no way to change this in BIOS.
What can I do with it?

There is no problem. DDR3L-1600 is double data rate. Its called 1600 but that is only because it fetches data twice per cycle. So the real frequency of the memory is 800 mhz, and as far as should be a fast laptop its an AMD A4 APU (processor) which is a pretty low end product. It is a budget hardware configuration and limited performance is to be expected.

I reviewed your post and I understand the memory on your computer is running at a lower speed.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
The software you have used to check the memory speed is showing the run memory speed at which it is working, and it keeps changing based on tasks you are doing on the computer.
I recommend you go to the task manager and then go the to memory tab and you can see the correct memory information.
I hope that answers your question and you have a great day!
