After windows automatic update my smart card reader (sc) dont read my ID card. Also USB card reader dont work. In task manager 3 Service Hosts used 80-100% of CPU power and i was think my CPU will die.
According by Youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QjhM-vkGeGA I disabled Certificate propagation Service, before it was in automatic mode.
In Device Manager is one yellow triangel: Base System Device, there is messaage: Device PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2392&SUBSYS_176B103C&REV_30\4&1a90d587&0&01E2 requires further installation.
Can You send me this driver.

Hi:
You need this driver for that device...
The JMicron Media Card Reader Driver enables the integrated media card slot in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63501-64000/sp63637.exe
If the smart card reader quit working, the only suggestion I can offer, would be to install the W10 driver for it on your notebook's support page...
This package contains the Alcor Micro Smart Card Reader Driver, which enables the read and write functions for the Alcor Micro Smart Card Reader. This package is available for supported notebooks that are running a supported operating system.
