Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, my laptop HP ZBook Firefly 14 G8 with Win11 has smart charging function. Currently it only keeps battery charged to 55% max and the charging LED flashes orange frequently when I plug the charging adaptor in.  Is it normal? Laptop is only 6 months old. Most of the time it was charged via USB-C from connected monitor, I did not use standard charger.
