HP Pavilion x360 - 15-cr0037wm

I have an HP pavilion x360 - 15. The smart hard disk check has detected and eminent failure. To ensure not data lost please backup the content immediately and run the hard disk test and system diagnostics hard disk 301. When doing a extensive background check I get failure ID: RK0C3A-9AGBP1-GXGJ3F-60XB03 and do not know where to go from here
