Hi, @ashujain100 you are getting this error because you may likely have bad sectors on your hard drive, and there is a risk of the hard drive crashing permanently, 

 

It may continue to run for a while, you may be able to place data, files, and other documents but at any time you could definitely lose what's on it.

 

You will need to replace the HDD at some point.
