Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

So, i cant click more then 2 keys on my HP victus keyboard. Im unable to play games i want to play, when i play gta 5 and  get stuck i cant use WSA at the same time, i have to get out of my vehicle get another one just to push mine out. What the hell is this? Sometimes i cant even use voice chat in csgo when i want to because when im holding W and A it doesnt allow me to push button i assigned vc to. This is so very frustrating. Help
