Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've tried recovery, updating and etc but some keys in my keyboard still don't work, specifically, ctrl and shift. How to know if the fault is in the software or on the hardware?

Hello,

Why not just get a spare keyboard to test before buying. In my own opinion, if all other keys could work, i dont see it to be a software issue.
