I decided to replace the "user replaceable" SSD and stripped the screw holding it! It must be glued or soldered.
And SSD is not even pressured by it, I can move it sligtly. It is the screw which is screwed ultra tightly for no real reason.

The stripped screw is not soldered, I recommend you shift your laptop around a bit, I’ve had this problem before - if it doesn’t work then try watch some tutorials or just yank it sort of. It should work.
Like if this helped!

Two ways to do it. 1. Get a long needlenosed set of pliers and try to get a grip on the outside of the screwhead and turn it a little to get it started. This takes some good eyesight and fine motor skills and the right pliers. 2. Tap the screw. Get a drill with the smallest thinnest bit you can find and drill into that coneshaped thing on very slow drill speed until it seizes up then turn the bit with pliers. This obviously risks terrible damage to the motherboard and should only be done by a skilled technician. Usually screwheads get stripped because the wrong screwdriver was used. If you get a screwdriver with a point that fits right in the slot stripping is very hard to do. And you also need to stop before it happens. Sorry to lecture.
