Hello HP community. I want to replace the SSD in my HP Pavilion x360 m convertible (product ID: 3WL08UA#ABA) (model: 11m-ad113dx). The SSD that came with the laptop is a WD Blue [edit] MDL: WD5000LPCX-60VHAT1 SATA 6Gb/s. I cannot find this SSD model anywhere online. I contacted Western Digital (manufacture of said SSD) was told a compatible SSD was WD Blue 3D NAND SATA SSD. I called HP customer support and was hung up on by an agent. I called back immediately and phone lines were closed. Can someone please confirm if WD Blue 3D NAND SATA SSD is compatible with my HP pavilion model? If not, what SSD IS compatible with my laptop? Thank you in advance!

Hi:
The product specs for your PC indicate that it comes with a 500 GB mechanical hard drive, not a SSD.

The drive model info you posted, when you do a search, also reveals the same info...standard 5,400 RPM 500 GB hard drive.
You can install any 2.5" x 7.0 mm SSD you want.
For example, you can buy a SSD from Crucial for your model PC, and they guarantee compatibility.

From the list of SSD's they sell, the MX SSD's are better performing SSD's than the BX models.
