Greetings, I just purchased a 2020 HP Omen 17" 1050 Intel i7 laptop CB100. Love the design, and performance however I see that the keyboard is only available in red, though I've seen otherwise. The "Lighting" feature is completely unavailable, no matter what I download. I suspect the only resolve is to swap out the keyboard or return it to HP as I bought it directly through them. Hoping someone can assist. This is disolusioning given all of the information I've seen showing multiple zone HP Omen keyboards.
This is a hunch, but what I am seeing is the Omen laptops displaying the red only keys, are in fact red only (ever), and cannot by updated as apposed to those showing white keys.
Appreciate the assistance. Thank you in advance.

Gave you the product number based on your link, unless I'm missing something else. I understand that is what you have to go by for a best response. In this case, a red keyboard, (illuminated or not) on a 2020 17" Omen Laptop CB100.... should describe the product. Thank you but it looks like I'll have to create a ticket, or speak to someone at HP who can answer a direct question. Appreciate the response though.
Cheers.
