Product: pavilion 360x convertible 14
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have hp pavilion 360x convertible . My 9, O, L, . keys randomly stopped working a 2 times I've noticed the keys only stop working when the laptop gets too hot, for example in games. This thing happened twice and got it fixed by the hp support center but now the laptop is out of warranty, so is there any way to play the games without heating laptop or like disabling keyboard and using external keyboard if heating cant stop?
