Laptop gives an electric shock while charging when I touch the laptop basically around the edges f the laptop.But it doesn't give such a shock while it is not charging.What can I do?It is since 1 and a half year buy this laptop

The laptop chargers (at least in the US) have a three-pronged plug -- one prong being for the ground.  Most places here are wired so that plug is grounded and if that is the case, there will be no no shock from the laptop case.

 

It sounds like yours is NOT grounded and that is tied to the wiring in the wall outlet -- something we can do nothing about.
