I have followed all of the steps recommended on the Forum with no success. I also ran the Microsoft Keyboard Trouble Shooter (attached) which shows that the space bar, backspace, numlock and backslash keys no longer are working. I am using a Logitech K480 bluetooth keyboard instead of the laptop's keyboard.
I hard re-booted the system (15 second power button), removed the keyboard drivers and reset the BIOS, removed and replaced the battery, turned off Sticky and Filter keys, and even ran the keyboard assignment (Windows key + spacebar). With no other options, I did the refresh of Windows itself. No joy.
The only thing I haven't done is remove the keys and clean the contacts as I could not see an easy way to do that with my HP Envy laptop. I would like to get the keys working before I consider moving to Windows 11.
