Product: HP Zbook 15 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a 2nd HP Zbook 15 G2 and its no battery on the device, then I buy a battery. But it doesn't detect on the device.

 

For information, if the device connects to AC Power it is automatically o, are is normal for Zbook 15 G2 ?

 

please help me to find out the solutions

Machine should work with battery alone. Since you bought it from previous owner, only he/she knows what is going ọn. But please try
