Spare part HP ENVY Spectre XT 13-2000eo Ultrabook

Hey,

Yesterday I cracked my screen on my laptop. The screen is broken beyond repair. Because of that I'm trying to get a hold on a replacement part. 

I've searched the Internet and all I found is original screen parts for nearly 200 dollars on Ebay. 

Since the laptop is nearly 8 years old, those prices matches the whole computer. Instead, I think that the best solution would be a broken laptop of the same kind but with a fully functional screen. Therefore, my question is. Does someone know where I could find that for free or next to nothing? (I live in Sweden)

Hello, I don't know why you can have an internal screen for free.. 

The problem is I see only all the screen panel, reference 692891-001, but this appears you can't to disassemble this panel. 
In effect the panel is very expansive, I have seen 140 euros, but if you don't want to buy the screen panel you can use an external monitor at your home. 

Or you can always contact repairman for know if it can to have the part.

From what I've seen it's possible even though it's a bit complicated. That's the main reason I would like to get my hands on a whole new (defect) computer because then I would only swap the top part rather than disassemble the "whole" computer.

Does it exist any community where HP-users sell spare parts or second hand products? Aside from ebay.
