It appears you need no cable just a battery.
(25) Battery 801554-001
Amazon seller has multiple pictures and you can see the interface where the battery plugs into the motherboard or perhaps into a battery connector on a cable but there is probably one of those still in the laptop if so. Above is an "aftermarket" battery. I checked eBay Italia as well and the only "genuine" batteries I could find were second hand "seconda mano". All others were aftermarket. Aftermarket battery should be fine as long as you buy from a reputable seller. Good luck.

Hi Huffer,
thanks a lot for your answer ,
I am confused ... I remember that the battery was connected to the MB by a cable
but , you are rigth , in the manual the battery seem to be connected directly to the Board ..
Maybe the notebook was equipedd with a "compatible" HP battery ?
It was sold in Italy
