Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an issue with a specific few keys on my keyboard. They are the bracket keys, the play-pause/f10 key, the num lock key, and all the keys on my number pad except the enter, plus, slash and star keys. After completing the diagnostic, I got the error code Q4JNW8-8T79B2-GXGGQK-G1N103. numlockkeyboard.JPG
