Hello! I have a laptop that i want to upgrade the RAM and Hard Drive storage, but since I am not very familiar with the subject, I am not very clear about which components are compatible with my motherboard which is essential before purchasing any component.
I want to know which SSD top put in M.2, SATA or Nvme, I was also planning to put 16 or 32 GB RAM, but i don´t know how much capacity is the maximun and I would also appreciate it if you could recommend what type of Ram would suit my laptop.
(Favorite Brand: Kingston)

Here is the Service Manual:
Memory is DDR4-2133 SO-DIMM. I would use Crucial rather than Kingston, and particularly avoid Kingston Value RAM as it has a bad history with HP laptops. Don't buy memory that is sold as "gaming" or "performance" memory. Max is going to be likely 16 or 32 gigs. The Manual might well be wrong in other words and you can check it by this method:

You can install faster memory like -2400 but it will run at -2133 speed
It has no M.2 slot on the motherboard. M.2 SSDs were offered but only by way of an adapter module that fit in the hard drive bay. Your fastest and best storage will be a 2.5 inch SATA SSD fitted in place of the hard drive. A 2.5 inch SATA SSD runs at the same speed as a SATA m.2 so no point trying to find the adapter piece to use an M.2.

With the support of your answer, I researched and have handled these options, SSD Kingston A400 960GB - (SA400S37/960) and RAM DDR4 SO-DIMM Crucial 8GB 2666MHZ (x2) although it works at 2133, it´s fine?
