Specter X360 battery problem

I have the same problem and it is impossible to find the battery.
You buy a high-end laptop, expecting adequate performance and service, less than 2 years with the laptop, and it turns into a nice $ 1700 paperweight.
It is impossible for anyone from HP to take care of this issue, being reiterated in this model and the same problem.
Has anyone had a great response?
The only solution is to buy an OEM battery, what gives the message and NEVER buy an HP computer?
