Hey everyone,
I've searched the entire World Wide Web now for a solution to this and found that some HP models have it while some don't.
Additionally, I've discovered that many users are in need of this function, so here's another forum post about it.
Has anyone found a way to fix this yet, or does it require a firmware update before we can get a fix?
And please, don't suggest going into the BIOS and clicking "advanced"; I don't have that option.
There are no "Advanced" options for me, and for many of us.
So, HP R&D, HP Support, HP Management, and others, please help us out here. My x360 is in the dock all the time; I rarely unplug it.

Nearly all business class machines do have that option in BIOS or from utilities. But nearly all consumers machines do NOT have that. For consumers machines. Please use the following guides to keep battery healthy

Hi Banhein, yeah I got that aswell from the searching. Thats the reason I post here. I would want this to be available for us consumerusers aswell.
I dont see why we wouldnt be able to have that on our laptops aswell. Could we get soneone from the support side so give their opinion regardint this - and please get someone to actually look at a fix for this. I feel like the "only" reason we dont that function is to shorten the life expectancy.
Besides, one of the tips are: "Charge or discharge the battery to 80 to 90%."
So why not actually have us be within thoese %-levels with a software and help us out - Like other manufacturer do.
