Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Probably not the correct place to post but I am at loss on how to find help for this.

In Microsoft, the keys right ctrl/home take you to the upper most part of the file. For example, in Excel, this keyboard shortcut takes you to cell A1.

When it use ctrl/home on this keyboard it types "\"

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

@K8daley

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

I suggest you try changing the Keyboard layout and check if that helps

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Click on Time & Language.
  3. Click on Language.
  4. Select your default language from the list.
  5. Click the Options button.

  6. Under the "Keyboards" section, click the Add a keyboard button.

  7. Select the new keyboard layout that you want to add.

Keep me posted how it goes
