Product: HP Spectre x360 13.5 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-ef0000 (3Y838AV)
Hi, i have this spectrex360 2-in-1 laptop, it's around 2-year old, but i suspect this issue has always been there, we just started to notice. The issue is it doesn't sleep. Say the laptop is on
1, if you just press the power button, nothing happens
2, if you just close the lid, the laptop will still be on, and screen is on
3, if you choose sleep from the windows menu then close the lid, screen will go dark, but laptop still be on, because laptop is hot.
I verified the windows setting, control panel - power, setting are correct. This is out out warranty, any suggestion?
