Having a problem gettting power to this machine.  On the surface it looks like C port issues.  Ive cleaned them best I can.  Ive opened it up and all the soldering looks just fine.  First instinct was to replace the C ports by soldering new ones into the motherboard, however Im second guessing that.  Im starting to think that its not a problem with the C port hardware, but quite possibly a software issue.  Unfortunately, since the machine is dead zero on battery, and cannot accept charge due to this issue, I cant get it on to run diagnostics.  Id hate to go through the painstaking trouble of replacing the c ports on the motherboard only to find out it was a simple software issue.  Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated, and thank you.  On Windows 10, but unsure what version as I cant get machine on.
