HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-df0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I've just bought a spectre x-360 with intel i7-8750H and a nvdia gforce 1050.

i've already updated everything, but with the HP support assistant I've found last 3 updates of drivers to do.

However everytime i try to install each of them it fails. The updates are as follows:

Driver Intel Serial IO (Windows 10 v1803/v1809)

Intel Bluetooth Driver (Windows 10 UWD)

Intel WLAN Driver for Microsoft Windows 10 (DCHU)

The HP support assisant is updated at the last version.

I don't know how to solve the problem.

Thank you in advance for the help

If the updates through HP Support Assistant are failing its likely because they already got installed through Windows Update. Windows Update is pretty good at keeping Intel chips updated with drivers. To be sure you might go into device properties and check the driver versions of those three devices.

Thank you, I will ignore these update definitely. I've checked for the intel serial IO and it was installed a more recent version of that, and I think the same for the other.
