I have had the mouse for a few months and it never worked perfectly. There was always a lag. But now, its going to sleep in the middle of use and I have to turn it off an on again all the time. And yes, I am 100% sure its completely charged. I have tried both Bluetooth and using the UBS connector but it still goes inactive for no reason in the middle of use.
I was hoping installing the correct driver would fix the issue, but the package insert instructions for my new Spectre 700 mouse says to go to www.hp.com/support for the drivers necessary to use all of the device features. The page at the website shows the mouse, but says there's no driver for the product.
If there's no driver, how can I send it back to HP to get fixed through the warranty?
