Product: HP Spectre Rechargeable Mouse 700
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My Spectre rechargeable mouse suddenly stopped working. There are no lights visible. It will not work at all. I plugged it in to charge and there were no lights during the charging process. I opened my Bluetooth settings on my Spectre. It indicated that the mouse is connected and it is charged at 85%.

Hi @Edburnettsd,
Welcome to the HP support community.
Try connecting the USB receiver to a different USB port and check if that works.
Connect the mouse to a different device and check if that works fine.
