Hi Everybody!
hope somebody can help! 🙂
i just had a couple Spectre Pro 13 G1 stored and after a couple months i turn on and it was working great.
for any reason the notebook turn off and never turn on again.
the strange this when i connect the power cable to the first port on the corner of the device the charging light is not turning on , but if i connect to the other 2 port the light turn on.
is possible somebody connect the charger in the incorrect port and damage the mainboard?
anybody have an idea?
i already open the notebook and disconnect the battery and connect again, everything inside looks good.

Please try these steps - Computer Does Not Start
If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
