Hello!
I have a Spectre x360 2-in-1 with 2TB of storage.
Product A25B5U8R#ABA Serial CND3471CN6
The storage drive appears as model MTFDKBA2T0TFH-1BC1AABHA and described as a fixed hard disk with cylinder numbers.
I searched for that info and the manufacturer seems to be "micron", as a 3400 series SSD, but it's not listed in micron's site.
The driver (2006) used is from Microsoft, which seems generic, so I wonder if there's an specific driver for this unit to appear with the correct info.
There is newer firmware (2022) for micron's 3400 series, but I'm not sure if that's what I need.
There's no driver in HP's support page.
What's the advice?
Also, the Spectre came with 16 GB memory installed, but apparently it can take up to 32 GB.
Is this correct?
If so, what's the combination (two 16GB slots)?
Thanks for your help.

Hi:
According to the product specs for the model series the memory is onboard which means it is soldered to the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.

As far as the SSD, it is a M.2 2280 PCIe 4 x 4 NVMe SSD.
Never pay any mind to the Microsoft drivers dated from 2006.
NVMe was never even heard of in 2006, so a driver that was actually developed in 2006 for a NVMe SSD is impossible.
There is a NVMe Storage controller driver which in my opinion is optional.

You will have to register to download the driver.

You're very welcome.
Installing that driver will doubtfully make any difference in performance.
As I replied earlier, the default NVMe storage controller is much newer that the date indicated.
I have a Samsung 980 NVMe SSD which uses the same Microsoft Standard NVMe controller driver and it works fine.
Samsung doesn't even have storage controller drivers for the 980 and 990 SSD's.
But please feel free to install the Micron driver.
I installed an older version of the Micron NVMe driver several years ago in one of my PC's that has a Crucial P5 NVMe SSD.
Crucial is the retail division of Micron Technology.
It also works fine but it didn't make any difference on how the drive performed.
