Our laptop has been randomly shutting down and getting hot in the CPU area of the back cover. I ran all the updates and software tests. During the CPU stress test portion it shut down. I did a hard shutdown then F2 to run an extensive test. The test failed with code GU7XTR-8LHC7X-MFPUQJ-60CJ03. It said HDD self test fail. The computer works great until the random shutdowns. Any help?
