Spectre X2 Won't turn on

My HP Spectre X2 won't power on.  The power charge light is white when plugged in.  I've tried holding power down 1 minute then plugging in and doing the same nothing.  

Once today when trying to power it on I saw the screen flicker and caps lock button lit up, but that was it.

Any suggestions?

let's try these steps here: 

Perform a Hard reset on the notebook: A power reset (or hard restart) clears all information from the computer's memory without erasing any personal data.

Next: Set BIOS default and restart:

1. Restart your notebook.
2. During startup, press F10 repeatedly until the BIOS menu is displayed.
3. Once the BIOS menu is displayed, press F9 to restore factory defaults.
4. Select Yes to confirm.
5. Press F10 to save changes and exit.
6. Select Yes to confirm.
7. The computer restarts using the default settings.
