My like new Spectre X-360 Y4P52AV battery was bulging out the trackpad and the entire case was warped. It did not show up as eligible for recall and since my computer was literally 42 days out of warranty I am know having to pay hundreds of dollars to get it repaired with HP service. This is a known issue with your batteries and I am very disappointed that I have to pay for this problem. My computer was lightly used as a desktop computer with a separate key board and mouse. I rarely even opened up the laptop on my desk since I ran dual external monitors. Very disappointing. As of today, it is awaiting service in Grapevine, TX.
