Hello everyone
I Recently purchased HP Spectre x360 12th Gen. Very happy with the product but after setting up my device and when i started receiving e-mails and other notifications I observed a weird sound from the left speakers. Vibration / buzzing sound was audible only when windows notification was played I understood that this could be due to the resonating frequency which was causing the vibration at a particular frequency when the windows notification sound was played.
I scheduled an appointment with the support team and they provided an approval for replacement.
By that time i checked the laptop thoroughly to find the root cause and i noticed that the Caps lock key was the culprit. At a particular frequency the caps lock key was vibrating too much which caused the buzzing sound. Shift and Tab keys were also vibrating a little bit.
Today i got my Spectre replaced and at the store no issues were found but after coming back home i made sure that the place was very quiet and played the windows notification tone. I still observe a very slight buzzing sound from the caps lock keys (Caps lock keys are very close to the left speaker) even in my new replacement piece but not a serious issue now.
I request HP team to come up with a solution for this.

Hello.
The same issue remains in the replacement unit also. Caps lock vibrates and creates a buzzing sound when only a few particular notification sounds are played (Outlook e-mail notification and windows notifications). Regular audio playback and video playback has no issues only vibrates when notifications pop up.
I think this clearly a manufacture defect in this batch and HP has to provide a solution.
