Spectre 360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Has HP ever provided a fix to the issue that the webcam on Spectre 360 laptop models renders the user purple, with no adjustment possible?  This is an embarassment when interacting with Zoom and Google, as we all must do now,   My laptop is  out of warranty, so HP offers no support whatsover, not even a contact option - except for this community.

@JRC10, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Does this happen all the time or only in certain applications? You may need to change settings if it only occurs in certain applications.

Make sure the webcam is clean.

I have heard from some people that HP's webcam are heavily influenced by the lighting situations. They said this issue occurs under Incandescent lighting although I don't know if this applies to you.

Refer to the document HP PCs - Webcam Troubleshooting (Windows 10, 😎 for troubleshooting steps.

Also, use the link below-

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
