Hi, I've had the Spectre X360-13 since April 2015 so I understand it is well out of warranty.
But, suddenly yesterday it didn't display the charge LED when connected to a power supply.
The battery died and despite being plugged in it won't turn on or charge.
Having seen a few other posts describing the same fault and hinting at HP having knowledge of a motherboard fault I don't know what to do.
I've tried different chargers, wall outlets, resets - nothing works.
I paid over £1000 for this laptop, yes it's 4 years old, but so what? It's supposed to be a top spec machine. I've never had a motherboard failure before, even on cheap laptops.
What to do please anyone??
